PengCo Music Drops Dancehall Hit “Like Sinatra” from Keturah Gamba

Trinidadian hit house PengCo Music drops its new dancehall hit “Like Sinatra” from Keturah Gamba, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on April 22, 2016, from FOX FUSE. The sleek, suggestive smash was crafted and written by hit producer Randal Alexander, who helms PengCo Music and consistently delivers new Caribbean classics for reggae and dancehall fans everywhere. “Like Sinatra” is Gamba’s third track with the producer and imprint.

“I am excited about working with PengCo Music and FOX FUSE on this project.” Gamba states. “It’s the first time I will release a dancehall track internationally. The song has really built traction since its release on radio and I’ve been receiving great responses, so we are working really hard to keep that going.” Gamba also reveals she is currently working on a follow-up to “Like Sinatra” with PengCo Music, and a music video is currently in production.

Gamba’s first two tracks with PengCo Music were reggae-oriented and they received a lot of support, especially on reggae radio platforms regionally, but now the stakes are raised. “I wanted to introduce her to the world of dancehall music,” Alexander states. “It captures a different demographic than reggae. However, I thought it would be much more relevant and commercially viable in terms of mainstream radio content, at this point in time.”
