New Artist Spotlight: Versatile Aka D'Road Cawva

DASK Entertainment, Inc. – Newfound Jamaican Dancehall Superstar, Versatile, born Sheldon Taylor, is making great strides in the music industry. Recently releasing his smash hit song “Made It” on his own Damani Record Label and distributed by 21 Hapilos, “The Road Cawva” as he’s affectionately called has Made It (no pun intended).

Dubbed as one of the most talented and lyrical new rising artist in Jamaica, Versatile is blazing up the airwaves. Made It is the new inspirational anthem uplifting all who hears it and has gained radio rotation across the board. Its infectious chorus brings the title to life. When asked what inspired the song, Versatile simply answered, “I wanted to express what I was feeling. I’ve traveled a long journey both in life and musically, and I feel like I’ve finally made it!”

While Made It is his first international cross-over hit song, Versatile has been in the industry for a while. Entertaining his classmates in school, Versatile was destined to shine and was called upon for various occasions. Versatile has stayed steady in his musical growth and ensures that he has much more to come. This humble artist is not only recording and performing but also songwriting for the likes of his mentor Beenie Man and Bounty Killer.
