FELLOWSHIP/ INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Tropicalfete’s fellowship/internship program is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide valuable experiential learning opportunities for students and young professionals. The program offers both paid and unpaid internships, catering to individuals with different needs and circumstances. Through these internships, participants gain practical skills, industry exposure, and the chance to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, setting them on a path toward career success.
Paid Internships: The program aims to provide paid internship opportunities for participants, based on the availability of funding sourced by the non-profit organization. Paid internships enable students and young professionals to gain valuable work experience while receiving financial compensation for their contributions.
Unpaid Internships: Unpaid internships offer participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience, network, and contribute to important causes. The program will ensure that unpaid internships adhere to relevant legal guidelines and provide meaningful learning experiences for participants. This type of internship is also provided to students who wish to complete school or community hours as well as college credits.
Evaluation and Feedback: Internship performance will be regularly evaluated, providing interns with constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement. Interns will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on their internship experience, allowing the program to continuously improve its offerings.
