Machel Montano – Soca’s most transformative star is undeniable,” was destined for greatness from the start. He became active in music at an early age. His 1985 debut album Too Young to Soca was an instant hit. In April of 1986. He won a number of awards and became the first Trinidadian and youngest to ever win this prestigious contest, that clearly shows his talent and love for music.
