Wilmington DE. Mejah Book Store at Tri-State Mall [located at 333 Naamans Road Claymont, Delaware 19703] is hosting an In-Store event featuring various authors and a special musical guest artist on December 20th 2014. Time – 2-5PM.
Authors scheduled to appear are:
LaSean Rinique, Author of “Congratulations! You Just Lost Your Job.”
Leonard Anderson, Author of Spy King, Spy Queen and “I’ll Never Let You Go,” Series.
Virginia Seeny, Author of “A Summer Surprise.”
Derrick Billups, Sr Author of “Changing Your Condition NOT Your Position.” Emlyn DeGannes, Author of “Letter’s To Ms Em.”
Special Musical Guest: Nadira Norjahan, who recently released her project, Double “A” Side.
MeJah Books has enjoyed the support, growth and success in the community since 1998 when it was founded in Claymont by Emlyn DeGannes and is co-operated by her family: Diane Barnes, Jewel Sanchez, and Jordan DeGannes.

The bookstore has become a gathering place, providing information, resources and the lively exchange of creative ideas. Although the company specializes in showcasing the contribution of authors from the African Diaspora and to promote racial pride; we offer a diverse inventory and have access to1 million titles.
Mejah Books is one of the few prestigious remaining Black Book Stores between the city limits of Delaware and Pennsylvania respectively. As Black literature struggles to survive in today’s industry, it’s necessary for avid readers to support Mejah Books and other similar entities.
