New York, NY– Right in time for the Holidays, Alborosie presents the dub version of āTable Has Turnedā, premiering today at 12pm EST. This is the latest live dub featured on hisĀ “Dub Mechanic” seriesĀ which showcases Alborosie creating Dub mixes live in his Kingston, Jamaica recording studio.Ā this followed his “Contradiction” and “Live Conscious” live dubs last week. This Thursday, Alborosie will keep the gifts coming at 12pm EST with the “One Chord Dub”, also originally from Unbreakable album. Fans can chat and tune in to see Dub Mechanic, Alborosie live on the controls and help share the event by using hashtag #DubMechanic.
This Dub Series follows the November premiere of the official music of the officialĀ “Contradiction”Ā video featuring Chronixx and the official video for The Metallica remake forĀ “The Unforgiven”Ā featuring Raging Fyah has recently reached 1 million views after a few short months.
Alborosie’s most recent studio album,āUnbreakable: Alborosie Meets the Wailers United,ā was released in June 2018 and is currently no.5 in the NACC World Music Charts.Ā Enlisting The Wailers United (former members of Bob Marley and The Wailers with the addition of Aston Barrett Jr.) for instrumental backing, the album upholds the tradition of roots- rock-reggae.
