Kaisokah Moko Jumbies press release Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk‏

Kaisokah Moko Jumbies U.S.A. participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Prospect Park, Brooklyn last October 20, 2013,. According to Jason Edwards, Director of Kaisokah Moko Jumbies U.S.A. the members were enthusiastic to showcase their talent for such a worthy cause. Since the American Cancer Society turns 100 years this year, the group felt obligated, like the rest of America to participate in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. Having participated in the event they shared their passion and raised funds to help save lives from breast cancer and made a difference with every step they took.

Every Making Strides event is a powerful and inspiring opportunity to unite as a community to honor breast cancer survivors, raise awareness about what we can do to stay well from breast cancer, and raise money to help the American Cancer Society fight the disease with breast cancer research, information and services, and access to mammograms for women who need them

Kaisokah Moko Jumbies U.S.A., a professional stilt walking group. They are able to spin, leap, run, and dance on stilts to various types of music. The Program teaches stilt walking to anyone willing to learn. The troupe is 16 members strong and growing, ranging in age from 4-25 years old. They are under the leadership of Director Jason Edwards.
