Music on Wednesday, March 25th, this is the second single from their highly anticipated from their “Strictly Roots” album. Regarding the song, Morgan Heritage states, “So Amazing is the type of song that puts you in a fun loving mood from the drum roll that starts the record. Because we were able to create a sound on this record with such universal appeal, J Boog, Jemere Morgan and Gil Sharone fit in perfectly.”

Produced by renowned BBC One/BBC 1Xtra’s Seani B and Don Chandler, “Perform and Done” became an instant success as it showcased a different side of Morgan Heritage who is renowned for their conscious and social musical commentaries. The reggae track “Perform and Done” infused with dancehall influences showcases the band’s celebrated versatility, deft vocals, clever songwriting and catchy hook. Filmed on location at the weekly Mojito Mondays event in Kingston, Jamaica, director William Richards, managed to capture the essence of the song with a storyline reminiscent of the popular “Dancehall Queen” movie. “Perform and Done” which debuted last week on billboard.com, will be added on rotation to MTV Jams and VH-1 Island Soul.

“Perform And Done is the music video that pushes the envelope for Morgan Heritage lyrically and visually. The goal is to captivate a whole new audience that would not typically watch a Morgan Heritage video. Our hope is that our existing and new fans appreciate our artistic expression.” – Morgan Heritage
